This is our "Sutton Park" alternative. 30 mins drive away from home, just to the north of Christchurch City, Bottle Lake Forest Park has a number of walks and tracks for walking, cycling and horse riding etc. There is also access to a beach, although on our first walk, we didn't quite get that far.
